Restrictive Covenants

Rose Meadow is governed by a set of restrictive covenants that specify what lot owners can build on their lots and what they can do on their lots. The covenants are intended to protect the vision and character of the development and to protect the value of the lots and the enjoyment of the lot owners by ensuring that they do not fall victim to unrestrained land use for bothersome commercial activities, unsightly houses, and so on.

The covenants were first recorded on January 23, 2013 as Document No. 446304 in the office of the McKenzie County Recorder.

Since then, the following amendments have been made:
Recorded August 8, 2014 as Document No. 470574, affecting sections 7(a), 7(b), 7(e), 12, and 13.
