6. Site Plans. Prior to commencement of construction of any structure on a lot, the owner of the lot must submit a site plan to the Developer and the Developer’s written approval given to the site plan. The site plan must indicate at least the following details:
a. The general location and route of all proposed utility lines to the lot and within the lot;
b. The location of all proposed roads, driveways, and parking areas within the lot;
c. The location of all proposed approaches, whether from a public road or otherwise, providing access to the lot;
d. The location of the proposed primary structure and secondary structure on the lot; and
e. The location of all proposed fences on the lot.
Changes in the site plan must be submitted to the Developer and the Developer’s written approval given to such changes prior to any construction pursuant to the changed site plan.
