5. Combination of Lots. The owner of no more than two adjacent lots within the Development may combine them and treat them as a single Lot under these Restrictions. Such combined lots must be owned by the same owner or owners under the same legal arrangements and may not be combined further with any other lots. If combined lots are severed from having identical ownership, then the lots must each promptly be brought within compliance with these Restrictions, including by commencing construction of a primary structure, if required by these Restrictions, no more than six months from the date the lots are severed.
