33. Modification. These Restrictions may be amended in whole or in part by filing with the office of the Recorder in and for McKenzie County, North Dakota, a certificate of amendment executed by the Developer, setting forth:

a. The amendments made to these restrictions; and

b. A description of the property upon which such amendments or any restrictions shall pertain.

Such modifications to these Restrictions shall be prospective in application from the date of recording and shall apply only to construction, remodeling, or alterations made within a lot after the date of recording.
