3. Future Development. Lot 1 of Block 2 of the Development is designated for future development and is not subject to these Restrictions. Upon the filing of a replat of the Rose Meadow Subdivision which organizes Block 2 into multiple lots, each such lot will become subject to these Restrictions and any amendments thereto as may be adopted at the time of such replat. Until that time, Lot 1 of Block 2 may be used for agricultural purposes without restriction.
