26. Zoning. No owner or occupant of any lot within the Development may propose, request, or support any zoning action that would frustrate the purpose or effect of these Restrictions, nor may any owner or occupant of any lot within the Development oppose any zoning action that would further the purpose or effect of these Restrictions. For the purposes of this section, zoning action includes a change in zoning under county or municipal authority, a conditional use permit, a variance, amendment of zoning ordinances or comprehensive plans, and annexation.
