20. Prohibition of Annoyance or Nuisance. No noxious or offensive activities shall be carried on or permitted to exist on any lot, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or become an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to the owners of the other lots, including keeping a barking dog during nighttime hours.
