19. Prohibition of Commercial Use. No trade or business of any kind or character nor the practice of any profession, nor any building or structure designed or intended for any purpose connected with any trade, business, or profession, nor any building or structure designed or intended for any purpose connected with any trade, business, or profession, shall be permitted upon any lot unless the Developer gives written approval for the trade, business, or profession to be carried on upon the lot, which approval may be revoked at any time. This restriction does not prohibit telecommuting or otherwise working from the lot to the extent such work does not involve persons other than the person performing the work coming upon the lot, the bringing of chattels onto the lot, or the manufacture of any chattels upon the lot. The Developer may give approval for appointment-based home businesses that do not result in more than two clients or customers being upon the lot at any given time. Any person operating such a business upon the lot shall be responsible for ensuring that all clients or customers comply with these Restrictions.
