15. Lot Aesthetics, Nature Growth, Screening, Underground Utilities Service. Natural growth and flora shall not be intentionally destroyed or removed, except with Developer’s prior written approval, without which the Developer may require the owner of the lot to replace the same at the owner’s cost. Garbage cans, equipment coolers, wood piles, or storage piles shall be walled in or screened with landscaping to conceal them from the view of neighboring lots, roads, streets, or open areas. No motorized vehicle of any sort may remain on any lot except within enclosed storage unless the vehicle is operable, licensed, and registered as required by state or local law. All residential utility service and lines to residences shall be underground. All fuel tanks, including but not limited to propane or heating oil tanks, must be painted to match the primary structure or secondary structure that they serve or shall be walled from view or screened with landscaping. Plans for all screens, walls, and enclosures must be approved by the Developer prior to construction. No fuel tank may be placed on any lot except to service a primary or secondary structure on the lot; no external dispensers or other means of removing fuel except through permanently installed fixtures may be placed on any lot except for standard drains or safety valves appropriate for the type of fuel being stored in the tank. All fuel tanks must be maintained in a safe and serviceable condition. Only one fuel tank is allowed on each lot except by written approval of the Developer. No fuel tank larger than 1,000 gallons shall be placed on any lot.
