Mail Receptacles

11. Mail Receptacles. Mailboxes and other receptacles for mail may only be placed at locations in the Development approved by the Developer. This restriction applies to mail receptacles anywhere within the Development, including those attached to a structure. The Developer may, at any time, require that mail receptacles be removed and replaced with one or more mailbox clusters. The owner of the lot is responsible for obtaining United States Postal Service approval of any mail receptacle except for mailbox clusters that are placed by the Developer. The street address for each lot is assigned by the county emergency response system and the Developer and may not be changed by any other party.
